Respondents - - - -- - As directed by this Court in its earlier order, dated 10.02.2025, the applicant has effected Substituted Service in a vernacular daily on the respondents 1 and 2 by effecting paper publication. A copy of the paper publication effected by the applicant has also been enclosed along with the Affidavit of Service. Despite the same, no one has entered appearance for 1st and 2nd respondents in A. No.174 of 2025. Therefore, the respondents 1 and 2 in A. No.174 of 2025 are set ex-parte by this Court.

2. Since the applicant is having the benefit of an interim stay in A. No.174 of 2025 since 20.01.2025, the interim stay granted by this Court is made absolute and A. No.174 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to raise all objections in the main O.P.
3. Fresh notice to the respondents in the main O.P., returnable by 27.03.2025. Private notice is also permitted. Post the matter on 27.03.2025.
