These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1261, 784 & 794 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sixth, second and fourth respondents, to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the sixth, second and fourth respondents and to bring the respondents 17 to 19, 11 to 14 and 15 & 16 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sixth, second and fourth respondents respectively.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
