ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.02.2015 and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.On reading of the complaint, it is seen that some unruly elements appear to have entered into the office of the petitioner and threatened the staff. One of the staff has taken a video of the happenings and along with the video clippings, the complaint dated 03.02.2015 has been lodged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.102 of 2015 before the respondent. 5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
