This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17815 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 24340 of 2022 on 25.11.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first day of every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
