ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the court bundle, on instructions that the petitioner is willing to file a Statutory Appeal as against the impugned order in original, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since there is no violation of principles of natural justice committed by the respondent before passing the impugned order in original, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made the aforesaid endorsement in the court bundle seeking liberty for the petitioner to file the Statutory Appeal. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a Statutory Appeal as against the impugned order in original, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On payment of the statutory pre-deposit by the petitioner, the Statutory Appellate Authority shall entertain the appeal and dispose of the appeal, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
