This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 22.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.26522 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi, daily once at 10.30 a.m., till the date of committal and thereafter, report before the Sessions Court, during the Court hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
