PRAYER : Petitions filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.733/15/Arb dated 20.12.2017 and quash the same in so far as it restricts the compensation to Rs.222/- sq. ft. for the land in survey No.335/4A3B, 335/4A3C, 335/5A2, 357/6B and 323/2B and 364/1B1 respectively in Tirupachur Village, Tiruvallur District and direct the enhancement of the compensation to Rs.795/- per sq. ft. as per the orders of the 1st respondent in R.C.No.16282-3/2017/F2/Arbitration dated 11.08.2017.
