2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are disposed of with the following direction: a) The respondents shall furnish all the relevant documents to the petitioner.

b) The petitioner shall thereafter submit his objections and participate in the enquiry.

c) The entire process shall be concluded within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
