Crl.O.P.No.13167 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., Mr.C.Ayyapparaj, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] on instructions, submits that this is a case of land dispute and that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein.

2.Considering the nature of allegation coupled with the fact that only a petition enquiry is pending in the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every monday until enquiry is completed and also as and when required for further enquiry. The respondent police is directed to complete the petition enquiry within a period of two months and shall either register a case or drop further action.

Pending enquiry, the petitioners shall not be arrested.

3. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
