O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the memo No. Allot 1.6/35487/2013-1 dated 08.05.2014 with minutes of the Revocation Committee and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Housing Board in and by its proceedings dated 08.05.2014. No costs.
