This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17205 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.15792 of 2022 on 16.11.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once i.e.

first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two months.
