ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent police as early as on 25.12.2021, the respondent has not taken any action on the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submit the petition enquiry is pending in this case.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
