The petitioners/A1 and A2 in Crime No.731 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 442, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Woman Harassment Act seek anticipatory bail .

2. It is stated that both the petitioners are spouses. It is also stated that the first petitioner had borrowed a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- from the husband of the defacto complainant. Thereafter, the first petitioner is said to have cultured a relationship with the daughter of the defacto complainant and therefore threatened the defacto complainant. It is stated that the petitioners had also entered into the house of the defacto complainant and abused them. 3.Taking all factors into consideration and the undue and unnecessary threat given about the daughter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
