ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.2211 of 2013 in STC No.517 of 2012 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District and set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.2211 of 2013 in STC No.517 of 2012 dated 14.06.2013 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruchengode, Namakkal.

2.When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that STC No.517 of 2012, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruchengode, Namakkal, has been dismissed and thereby nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Based on the representation made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court had called for the report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruchengode, Namakkal, with regard to the status of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

STC No.517 of 2012. The Report in D.No.54 of 2021 dated 23.01.2021, has been received from the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Tiruchengode, Namakkal wherein, it has been stated that STC No.517 of 2012 has been dismissed under Section 257 of Cr.P.C. and the accused has been acquitted.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. This petition stands closed accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
