ORDER

The above application is filed to raise the order of attachment of the immovable properties more fully described in the Schedule hereunder, passed by this Court in A.No.4237 of 2019 on 22.08.2019 and a copy of the order raising the attachment be transmitted to the District Court, Perambalur, with direction to communicate the order raising the attachment to the Registering officer within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the properties described in the schedule is 2/4

situated.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to this application being ordered. Therefore, the order of attachment dated 22.08.2019 stands raised in respect of the properties described in the schedule to the Judge's summons. A copy of the order shall be transmitted to the District Court, Perambalur for communicating this order to the Registering Authority within whose limits the property is situate with instructions to make necessary entries that the attachment has been raised.
