This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28724 of 2022 on 23.11.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Salem and report before the Inspector of Police, Fairlands Police Station, every day at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
