CMP.Nos.429, 430 and 431 of 2011 in S.A.No.396 of 2002 TRNJ Mr.R.Vasudevan undertakes to file Vakalat to the proposed respondents.

Both Counsel present and heard. No objection put forth for entertaining the application to bring the legal heirs of the deceased R6 on record. Considering the reasons given in the affidavit appended to the petition they being acceptable and in the interest of the justice. Petitions are ordered.

Registry is directed to amend the appeal memorandum accordingly and post the appeal on 16.04.2019.
