Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original notice issued by the third respondent dated 17.12.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the original impugned order was only affixed on the writ petitioner's property and hence, the writ petitioner is not in possession of the same but photocopy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. 3.
