ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the investigation from the respondent to any other Investigation Agency pertaining to Crime No.169/2011 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the crime is of the year 2011. After completing the investigation, the action dropped in Crime No.169 of 2011 on 05.07.2017 and a closure report also filed.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to issue a copy of the closure report to the petitioner if not served.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
