ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.304 of 2015 dated 13.04.2015 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police in compliance of order in Criminal O.P. No.18193 of 2016, dated 30.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that final report is negative report already filed and intimation also to the de-facto complainant. In view of the fact that final report is already filed nothing survives in the petition. It is for the de-facto complainant to work out remedy as per law against negative final report.
