ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Trichy and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.34458 of 2025, dated 16.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has only 24 days complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and thereafter not complied with.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34458 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six more weeks, and thereafter as and when required for investigation.
