Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing cancellation of admission to MBBS course in the 4th respondent institution held pursuant to the MOPUP round for MBBS and declared on 13.01.2021 by the 3rd respondent and thereby direct the 3rd respondent to hold fresh counselling for admission to the MBBS course by releasing the entire list of Minority (Linguistic) merit list for the students seeking the admission in respective minority institutions in order of merit for the State quota pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Writ Petition (Civil No.267 of 2017 in Dar-Us-Slam Educational Trust and others -vs- Medical Council of India and others dated 09.05.

2017 and thereby direct the petitioners name to be included in the separate merit list of minority Linguistic Students in the State Quota so as to enable the petitioner to get admission in 4th respondent institution for the MBBS course.
