ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R., on the complaint dated 31.01.2014 and investigate the matter in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that on this cause of action, two F.I.Rs., have been registered by the police in Cr.Nos.234 of 2015 and 21 of 2015. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C., of the petitioner herein has also been recorded in the said cases and his allegation has also been included in the investigation. Under such circumstances, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
