ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed on 08.11.2024 in the bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.27574 of 2024 in Cr.No.328 of 2024 that the petitioner / Accused should sign before the Respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27574 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
