ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2025 requesting for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.
2. Since the representation dated 02.11.2025 has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the fourth respondent as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by __________Page 2 of 4
directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the fourth respondent for the subject property, after hearing objections from the fourth respondent as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
