Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to appoint the petitioner as Sanitary worker in the 4th respondent Municipality on the basis of the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent in the letter No.Na.Ka.No.C1/1013/2019 dated 01.11.2019 with all consequential monetary and other benefits.

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to appoint the petitioner as Sanitary worker in the 4th respondent Municipality on the basis of the proposal submitted by the 4th respondent in the letter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.Na.Ka.No.C1/1013/2019 dated 01.11.2019 with all consequential monetary and other benefits.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been appointed as a Sanitary worker by virtue of the appointment order issued by the 4th respondent by proceedings dated 24.01.2020.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is closed. No Costs.
