For Appellant : No Appearance For Respondent : No Appearance ORDER:

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur passed in A.S.No.91 of 1988 dated 24.01.1994, confirming the judgment and decree of the learned District Munsif, Ponneri passed in O.S.No.342 of 1982 dated 29.02.1988.

2. Eventhough the second appeal is of the year 1996, when the matter was posted on 02.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant as such the second appeal was ordered to be posted on 04.12.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also i.e. 04.12.2019, no representation on the side of the appellant.
