ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2020 for not to harass the petitioner and her husband.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the son of the petitioner is involved in a crime under Section 302 IPC and the same is under investigation within the jurisdiction of Ammapettai Police Station. The petitioner was called for enquiry pertaining to the said case.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, if the respondent police wants to enquire the petitioner, necessary summons shall be issued and thereafter the petitioner can be called for enquiry. made clear that the respondent Police shall not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
