The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.11.2022 for the offence under Sections 399 and 402 I.P.C. in Crime No.760 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the petitioner is having 20 previous cases and he is notorious person. To that effect, he produced list of cases pending against him.
