This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the order in GO.Ms.No.66 Education, Science and Technology (K1) Department dated 30.01.1996, the order in GO.No.156 School Education (K2) Department dated 10.09.1998 and subsequent GO.(D).No.147, School Education (K1) Department dated 21.09.2011 passed by the first respondent and to quash the same as illegal, void, arbitrary and unreasonable in view of Adhoc Rules framed for the respondent establishment and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Village Librarian in Coimbatore District since the petitioner have been working in the District of Coimbatore as Part Time Librarian from the year 1993 as Part Time Librarian.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died long back.

However, the legal representatives of the petitioner did not take any steps to substitute themselves in the place of the petitioner, which shows that they have no interest to pursue this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
