directed to consider the documents taking note of the orders passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in C.R.P.(NPD) No.5008 of 2014 and also the order of eviction passed in RCOP No.8 of 2005 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur, and after conducting enquiry, by giving opportunity to the petitioner and also Mr.Venkatesh, take action, if any cognizable offence is made out, follwing the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others).
