In the mediation agreement dated 13.12.2017 held at TamilNadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the third and fourth accused and the defacto complainant have amicably settled the dispute. Pursuant to which the defacto complainant has expressed that he has no objection for the proceeding in C.C.No.995 of 2014 being quashed, insofar as it pertains to the third and fourth accused are concerned.

2. According to the Mediation agreement dated 13.12.2017 passed before the Tamilnadu Mediation and conciliation centre, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the proceedings in C.C.No.995/2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Tiruppur is quashed, insofar as it relates to accused 3 and 4 are concerned. It is open to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Tiruppur to proceed with the case against the other accused.
