ORDER

When this contempt petition was taken up, the learned

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent has made a communication in Na.Ka.No. 984/2016/A2 dated 17.07.2017 to him, in which it is stated that the petitioner was directed to pay 15% of the previous year's auction amount for extension of time with regard to operation of boats. He has also produced the said proceedings before this Court.

2.The above statement made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and the contempt petition is closed. Consequently, the connected sub-application is also closed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the third respondent for paying 15% of the previous year's auction amount for extension of time.
