Yogesh Kannadasan 1 to 5 Special Government Pleader (In all W.Ps) C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and then to cancel the will in document No.106 of 2012 dated 08.11.2012 registered with the office of the third respondent as fraudulent based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2021.

2.The learned Special Government Advocate takes notice to the official respondents. In view of the limited relief sought for in this petition and on the consent expressed by the Learned counsel appearing on either side, these petitions are taken up for final disposal.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2021.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's representation, the jurisdictional officers have already conducted the enquiry under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act, and appropriate orders will be passed within a period of twelve weeks.

5.Recording the same, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the jurisdictional officers to complete the enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
