The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records in respect of the allotment of the petitioner's plot situated at plot No.135, Door No. 78 Kasthuribai Colony, 'B' Block Kannigapuram,Chennai - 600 012.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner died. Thus, the legal heirs are at liberty to approach the competent authority, if at all they want to submit any fresh application for any such allotment in the manner know to law.
