ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30246 of 2024, dated 04.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday daily at 06.30 pm until further orders.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 30246 of 2024, dated 04.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
