The petitioner has filed this writ petition to call for records relating the first respondent's proceedings made in No.109 dated 01.03.2012 to quash the penalty and the alleged loss mentioned therein and to consequently direct the respondent to extend all benefits both service and monetary forthwith thereto.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away on 28.08.2020. Therefore, she prayed this Court that the present writ petition may be dismissed as abated and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
