For Petitioners : No Appearance For Respondents For R1 to 4 : Mr.K.S.Jeyaganesan COMMON ORDER These first appeals are filed against the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2010 made in OS.No.237 of 2007 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Erode; and against the judgment and decree dated 24.08.2010 made in OS.No.211 of 2008 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Erode. 2.
When the matter was listed on 22.06.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. On that day, the matter was ordered to be listed on 24.06.2021 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e. 24.06.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the appellants.
3. Therefore, the first appeals are dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
