at the instance of the learned II Additional District Judge, Puducherry.

2.This Court perused the letter dated 21.06.2022 submitted by the learned II Additional District Judge, Puducherry, wherein the learned Judge has requested time for disposal of OS.No.52/2011.

3.It is seen that this Court has disposed of the above Appeal Suit on 14.02.2022 directing the learned Judge to dispose of OS.No.52/2011 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. However, the learned Judge in the letter had submitted that the parties and the respective counsels appeared before the said Court only on 13.06.2022 and the case is posted for raising additional issues and hence, the learned Judge has sought for extension of time to dispose of the suit.

4.Considering the letter dated 26.10.2022 of the learned II Additional District Judge, Puducherry, time is extended by three months from today to dispose of the suit in OS.No.52/2011.
