O R D E R

These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the S.T.C.Nos.81 of 2009, 746 of 2008, 337 of 2009 and 1125 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV, Salem and quash the same.

2. When these matters were taken up on 18.12.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence the matters were directed to be posted today under the caption "For dismissal". Even today, when these matters were taken up in the morning there was no representation for the petitioner and the same was passed over and taken up at 2.15 p.m, even then there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. Hence, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
