This Petition is hereby filed to amend the provisions as 498(A) of IPC & Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act @ 174(3) of CRPC @ 498(A), 306, 304(B) of IPC instead of 498 A of IPC and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the charge sheet has yet to be filed.

3.Considering the fact that and the investigation has not completed and charge sheet yet to be filed, this petition is dismissed. Needless to say that the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition if they are so adviced.
