ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) In response to the allegation of illegal construction by 5th respondent, learned State counsel, upon instructions, would submit that the authorities have initiated action and Form I Notice has been issued on 30.09.2025, followed by notices in Form II and Form III for removal on 16.10.2025 and 23.10.2025 respectively. However, the 5th respondent has filed a suit in the Court of District Munsif, Pollachi.

2. In view of the said disclosure, which is clear from the documents which have been placed before the Court by the learned State Counsel, this petition cannot be continued.
