ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.OP.No.30125 of 2024, dated 03.12.2024.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.30125 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. The rest of the conditions in Crl.O.P.No. 30125 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 shall remains unaltered.
