(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J.) Pursuant to the notice issued on 22.06.2017, Mr.A.Elangovan, Inspector of Police, K-7, ICF Police Station, has done a great job and traced the missing girl by name, Kokila and caused her production before this Court today.

2. From the education record made available by the petitioner and also from the Birth Certificate furnished by the Municipal Corporation of Chennai, we realise that the said Kokila is less than 18 years of age, her date of birth being 13.07.1999. Hence, the custody of the minor girl Kokila has been entrusted to the writ petitioner-mother, N.Vijayarani, who is present in Court today, after interacting with her for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considerable length of time. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of.
