This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2019. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the year 2004 at Panchayat Union Middle School, Mudhuvanthidal. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is a native of Nagercoil and all her family members are residing at Nagercoil and she is finding it very difficult to continue at the same place at Sivagangai and therefore, she made a request to the respondent to consider transferring her to any of the schools in and around Nagercoil. The representation was given on 26.11.2019. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 25.11.2019 and pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent along with the copy of the representation dated 25.11.2019 and also a copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
