ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to effectively investigate into the matter and file a charge sheet in Crime No.73 of 2024 for the offence under Section 420 IPC within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi, on 19.01.2025 through e-filing No.LTN20220002167C202500006 and therefore, there is nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.
