2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notices dated 25.07.2024, 05.08.2024, 16.08.2024, 21.11.2024 and 10.12.2024 all bearing reference No.Thakithu-170/2024/A2 issued by the 2nd respondent' {hereinafter collectively 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity}.

3. Mr.S.Doraisamy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner adverting to support affidavit submitted that the impugned notices were misplaced and hence, the writ petitioner is not able to file the original impugned notices. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to paragraph No.12 of support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'12. I state that I have not filed the original eviction notice dated 10.12.2024 because I misplaced the same. However, I have filed the xerox copy of the same along with this writ petition. I state that unless original notice is dispensed with I will be put to great loss and hardship.'
