Heard both sides and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Considering the submissions made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the sum of Rs.1,26,433/- deposited by the respondents herein/appellants to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.1924/2013 on the file of 16th Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
