The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to issue a loan application and sanction the Education loan of Rs.63,000/- to the petitioner.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the materials placed on record

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the loan application had been issued to the petitioner and based on his application, educational loan had also been sanctioned to the petitioner and subsequently, the account of the petitioner was also closed and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. No costs.
