3.The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the charge sheet.
